I sent sn email to customer service sbout this 2 weeks ago and got no response.
I've received free warmers in the past, The one sent to me does not warm up. I dont care for the writing and pictures all over it. Your previous warmers were the best, with no problems whatsoever.
I am disappointed that customer service never responded to me
